A pre-inspection can be beneficial to see if there are necessary repairs to complete upfront, rather than waiting for the buyer to complete the inspection and ask for repairs. Completing the pre-inspection can save negotiations later when the home is under contract.

The pre-inspection can present some repairs that might need to be taken care of before listing your home. We have recommendations for contractors to help with repairs if needed.
Cleaning & Decluttering
To get your home ready for professional photos and showings, we suggest taking the time to clean and declutter your house. We have suggestions for house cleaners if you would like your house professionally cleaned. A few tips for getting your home ready for photos are:
- Remove personal items, like family photos
- Clear off kitchen and bathroom countertops
- Move pet dishes and toys out of sight
- Clear off the outside of the fridge
- Pull weeds and mow the lawn
Professional Photos & Floor Plan
As your listing agent, I will cover the cost of the professional photos and floor plan. Marketing your home with professional photos and an accurate floor plan will increase the number of potential buyers who tour your home. These photos will be used for listing photos and as marketing materials for social media and printed materials.
